Brian Engler has created and implemented the programs for SEB’s lottery and buyer and tenant selection projects for over 1,000 affordable units in over 50 cities and towns making him one of the most experienced affordable housing lottery consultants in the state. His work with municipalities, developers and affordable housing program administrators involves coordinating and reconciling the regulations and conditions of affordable housing program guidelines with local permits and agreements. By also working directly with affordable housing applicants and leasing and sales offices, he ensures that the lottery and tenant selection plans are executed properly.
Brian also works with SEB principals to provide affordable housing development and design services on comprehensive permit projects and other mixed income housing developments.
Brian received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1999.
