Jonathan Papas has processed thousands of applicant eligibility reviews since beginning with SEB in 2008. With extensive knowledge of state and federal eligibility guidelines, he is able to expedite file submissions and reviews while maintaining close contact with affordable housing applicants, answering questions and assisting them through the process. Jon also serves as a primary point of contact for leasing offices and developers; he helps confirm that prospective 40B tenants, buyers, and SEB clients adhere to current guidelines and regulations. Jon also works with management companies during State-scheduled audits of their respective affordable housing tenants, confirming that each rental development stays in compliance with affordable housing guidelines.
Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in 2007, and his Master of Fine Arts from UMass-Boston in 2011.
